Policies and Procedures
Terms of Sale: All orders not charged to a credit card (Visa,
MasterCard accepted) must be accompanied by a 50% deposit. Balance and
freight will be shipped C.O.D.
Corrections/Alterations: Customer
corrections or alterations from the original instructions submitted will
be at the customer's expense. Any additional charges due to changes from
the initial order must be approved by the customer. Any order cancelled
will be charged all costs for work to date. A minumum cancellation charge
is $50.00
Shipping: Unless otherwise specified, we will ship
the most economical method. Other shipping options include 2nd day air or
overnight delivery. Both of these options can be quite costly. We
recommend you investigate these costs with your ColorGraphics rep before
making your decision.
Special Color Corrections: Please pick
your color transparencies or prints carefully to be certain that they will
provide the color reproduction results you require. It is important that
originals be of the best quality available. Color correction can be
accomplished electronically. Colors can be changed and unwanted items may
be removed from originals for additional cost. Please call for an
estimate. Because of the differences in equipment and conditions between
color proofing and pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color
between proofs and the completed job may occur.
Proofs: One
color proof is included in all products. Additional time and charges will
be added if changes are made at proof time.
Original
Materials: Upon completion of orders, all original files will be
returned to the customer. Preparatory material produced by ColorGraphics
are available at your request for a nominal handling and shipping
charge.
Rush Orders: For a rush charge, we will produce an
order in less than standard production time. These charges vary depending
on the item involved, the complexity of production and our current work
load. |
